3. For every contribution of RM1,000.00 and above, the same privileges as mentioned in No. 1 and 2 above & will be accorded together with a certificate of appreciation.
4. For every contribution of RM20,000.00 and above, the same privileges as mentioned in No.1， 2 and 3 above & will be appointed as a honorary member of the Board of Directors. Besides, one of stairways will be named to the said donor.

筹募建校基金缘起
培才国民型华文小学前身为耀华学校并创立于二战之前，不过于战争期间曾经停办。所幸在创校先贤们的用心付出、热爱教育的高尚情操之下，培才小学才得以从二战摧毁的瓦砾中艰辛复兴，最终复校成功并将之易名为培才小学。
1957年，由于学生人数激增，原校之教室系数应用。教育子女本是当前急务，董事会当时曾经发动建校工作。并于1958年成立建校委员会也顺利完成建校计划。培才小学最终得以在现址开拓千秋大业。
2006年，培才小学在董事及家协的配合下曾经维修残旧的校舍。可是由于资源有限，还是无法解决天花板漏水及水管破裂的问题。学校的电源也逢响雷大雨而经常中断。培才小学同时缺乏礼堂、特别课室及储藏室等基本设施，进而引起在进行活动时的不便。除此之外，本校也面对白蚁问题，储藏室的情况尤为严重。
经过五十二年的岁月洗礼，校舍如今已日趋陈旧兼设备不足，课室亦不符合规模，学生也没有足够的活动空间。现今的教育注重多元化教育，鼓励学生多方面学习及发展。所以，学校应具备设备完善的硬体设施，有助于学生多方面接触及学习，以开拓学生们的视野。有鉴于此，为了让学生有个全面的良好学习空间，经过董家协深入地探讨学校硬体建设的种种问题，本校决定再次筹募建校基金。
经过初步策划，本校决定重新建设一座四层楼高的校舍，包含设备完善的礼堂、食堂、图书馆、科学室、电脑室、生活技能室、音乐室、资料中心、美术室、视听室、辅导室等。初步估计整个工程耗资三百五十万令吉。
本着华社多年以来的坚持--再穷不能穷教育！本校毅然决定在这经济不景的非常时期，扬起建校的旗帜。我们相信只要具备信心，大家团结一致万众一心，朝向共同目标奋斗，培才小学的建校宏愿，必定能早日成功。届时，本校将能持续为国家培育英才，为民族教育奉献，让孩子们有个舒适完善的空间学习及长大。您的热心捐献，将永留校史，流芳百世。

Rationale for SJKC PAI CHAI Building Fund Project

SJK (C) Pai Chai which was built before World War II was then known as Sekolah Yao Hwa. However, the school was closed because of World War II. The endless efforts of concerned parties finally rebuilt the school after World War II and the school was given the new name, SJK(C) Pai Chai.
In 1957, the increase in the number of students has created the lack of facilities. Therefore in 1958, the Board of Directors completed their mission of developing the school to what it is today.
In 2006, the Board of Directors and Parents and Teacher Association of SJK(C) Pai Chai had repaired the deplorable building facilities but lack of funds had hindered the repair and maintenance of the buildings. Consequently, a lot of problem has cropped up such as broken ceiling, leaking water pipes and disruption of electricity supply. Besides that, the lack of basic facilities such as school hall, special rooms and store rooms had interrupted the management of school activities. In addition, the whole school building is facing termite’s problem.
Therefore, 52 years after the rebuilt of the school which is now in worn-down state, the Board of Directors and Parents-Teacher Association have decided to establish the School Building Fund again to rebuild the school.
The early plans include the building of a 4 storey building equipped with classrooms and special rooms, canteen and a hall. The special rooms include library, science laboratory, computer room, living skills room, music room, resource center, art room, counselling room, health care room, teachers’ common room administration office/ Headmaster office, and conference room. The overall estimated cost for rebuilding the school is RM3.5 million.
Finally, as a caring Chinese community with great emphasis on education, we have decided to pursue our dreams in spite of the economic downturn we sincerely hope and beg for your kind contributions to help us realize our dreams. Thank you very much.

SJK(C) Pai Chai yang dibina sebelum Perang Dunia Kedua pada peringkat awalnya dikenali sebagai Sekolah Yao Hwa. Walau bagaimanapun, Perang Dunia Kedua menyebabkan sekolah ini ditutup. Usaha murni pihak yang prihatin terhadap kebajikan sekolah dan keperluan murid menyebabkan sekolah ini dibina semula. Kerja pembinaan semula sekolah selepas Perang Dunia Kedua menyebabkan sekolah ini dikenali dengan nama baharu iaiatu SJK (C) Pai Chai
Pada tahun 1957, pertambahan murid menyebabkan kemudahan sekolah tidak mencukupi. Demi masa depan murid, pihak Lembaga Pengurus Sekolah telah bertindak segera untuk meluaskan sekolah. Pada tahun 1958, Jawatankuasa Pembinaan Sekolah telah menjayakan misi tersebut dan membolehkan SJK (C) Pai Chai menyumbang bakti kepada masyarakat sehingga hari ini.
Pada tahun 2006, Lembaga Pengurus Sekolah dan Persatuan Ibu Bapa dan Guru SJK (C) Pai Chai pernah berganding bahu membaiki kemudahan sekolah yang uzur. Kekangan modal menyebabkan keadaan sekolah masih belum memuaskan. Masalah kebocoran air pada siling kelas, paip air yang pecah dan bekalan elektrik yang putus setiap kali ribut petir sentiasa berlaku. Kekurangan kemudahan asas seperti dewan sekolah, bilik khas serta bilik stor menyebabkan aktiviti sekolah turut terganggu. Selain itu, masalah anai-anai menjadi ancaman kepada sekolah dan bilik stor sekolah paling teruk terjejas akibat ancaman tersebut.
52 tahun selepas dibina, bangunan sekolah semakin uzur dan keadaan kelas kurang kondusif untuk aktiviti pelajaran dan pembelajaran. Murid-murid terpaksa menjalankan aktiviti sekolah dalam ruang yang terhad. Dalam memenuhi hasrat negara untuk melahirkan pelajar yang seimbang dari segi akademik dan aktiviti kokurikulum, sememangnya sekolah memainkan peranan penting untuk merealisasikan hasrat tersebut. Setelah pertimbangan teliti, pihak Lembaga Pengurus SJK(C) Pai Chai serta Persatuan Ibu-bapa dan Guru Sekolah sebulat suara untuk mewujudkan Tabung Pembinaan SJKC PAI CHAI.
Perancangan awal melibatkan pembinaan bangunan sekolah setinggi empat tingkat yang dilengkapi 20 buah bilik ,sebuah kantin dan sebuah dewan. Bilik-bilik tersebut terdiri daripada bilik darjah, perpustakaan, bilik Sains, bilik Komputer, bengkel Kemahiran Hidup, bilik Muzik, bilik Pusat Sumber, bilik Pendidikan Seni- visual, bilik Pemulihan Khas, bilik Rawatan Perubatan/ Pergigian, bilik Guru, bilik Pendtadbiran/ Guru Besar dan bilik Mesyuarat. Anggaran kos kasar untuk pembinaan sekolah ialah RM 3,500,000.00
Sebagai masyarakat Cina yang mementingkan aspek pendididikan, pihak Jawatankuasa Pembinaan SJKC Pai Chai tetap meneruskan usaha pembinaan semula walaupun keadaaan ekonomi kurang memberangsangkan. Dengan keyakinan dan semangat bersatu-padu untuk mencapai matlamat yang ditetapkan, pasti kerja-kerja membina semula sekolah ini akan berjaya. Oleh hal yang demikian, sekolah kami dapat melahirkan lebih banyak modal insan, membangunkan negara dan menyediakan persekitaran pembelajaran yang kondusif kepada murid-murid. Segala sumbangan untuk menjayakan Projek Pembinaan SJKC Pai Chai daripada tuan/puan amat dihargai dan didahului dengan ribuan terima kasih..
